Ordering
No Minimum Order required. Please check the shipping and insurance costs at any time while you order at the cart.
Paying
After checking out please use one of our options for payment or just send out the order to us and we will contact you to confirm the payment method and the order. Once the payment is confirmed we will confirm the estimated ship date.
All bank fees are to be paid by customer
Shipping And Handling
Each item will be placed in an individual zip lock bag with the style number clearly stated on the bag.
The goods will be shipped via courier service by UPS or EMS as per the customer’s request. Delivery cost and insurance is calculated automatically when you place your order and can be viewed with pricing when clicking on Cart. Normal delivery time for UPS is 2-4 days and EMS up to 10 days. Changes of delivery times can occur due to different issues please check the courier website for updates on the estimated arrival time. You will receive a tracking number on the shipment day.
Production Lead Time
Normal lead-time is 2 - 4 weeks after we confirm your order. Any delays will be notified prior to the original shipping date with a new shipping date
How to Order
Select your items with requested sizes. Select your shipping method. View your list of purchase at the shopping cart and select the payment method. Your order will be confirmed with an estimated ship date by our customer representatives after the payment has been confirmed.
Quantity discount policy
5% discount per item is granted for purchase of 6 pieces per item.
10% discount per item is granted for purchase of 12 pieces per item.
10% discount for the total order is granted for purchase over 2,000$
15% discount for the total order is granted for purchase over 5,000$
20% discount for the total order is granted for purchase over 10,000$
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled after your confirmation.
We will repair without charge any products that are defected and extend to all customers a one-year guarantee. Customers will be responsible for shipping the items to Yam for repair and we will return them via EMS or registered post.
Customers should not return products to Yam without prior authorization from Yam.
Claim and Return of Goods
Each order is carefully checked prior to shipping. Any claim of shortage or damage must be reported to customer service within two working days of receipt of goods.
